| Your Word Art is quick and easy to install with the self adhesive backing. |
Items you will need:
- A clean dry wall
- A ruler or level
- Pencil and white eraser
- Scissors
- Burnisher (included)
| 1. Mark the Position |
| Determine where you want your Word Art to be placed. With a level frame of reference, such as the ceiling or a chair rail,
measure to where the top of the letters would line up and with a pencil, make several small marks on your wall to incorporate the entire length
of your piece (the size is written in a box on your Word Art). For your convenience, your Word Art will come with a centering line. |
| |
| 2. Prepare the Word Art |
| If your Word Art lettering is long, cut into manageable sections. Then, carefully peel the backing paper (shiny paper) away from the transfer tape - leaving the letters attached to the transfer tape. Be very careful not to let the sticky sides touch together. It is best to install the center piece first. |
| 3. Placement |
| Place the top of your letters at your pencil marks (starting with the center piece, if applicable, lining
up your center mark with the one on your Word Art.) With your hand, gently smooth your
Word Art onto the wall. Repeat with the others pieces, lining up each with the pencil line. |
| 4. Apply |
| Using the burnishing tool provided, rub your Word Art firmly to the wall. Slowly and carefully peel back
the transfer tape to reveal each letter or accent. Erase all pencil marks. Step back, relax and enjoy! You're done! |
